9 days off work

This post is so long overdue but whatever
I had a 9 days vacation last week & it felt like a month. So that's what being unemployed feels like. lol
The main reason why I took vacation leaves is that my fave aunt in the universe got married.
Yes, Tita Maan is already married. I'm so happy for her, for them. Truly meant to be.
I'm just gonna do this bullet style cause I suck at paragraphs lol

• So, the first day of vacation, Saturday, Erin and I had our nails done. We went to the mall to buy stuff too then went to Halespot. First time seeing my uncles after 14 freaking years!!! They didn't change much. (Still handsome. Both single btw if any of y'all are interested lol). We went to Willy's for an hour or two then went home.
• Wedding day!!!!!!!! We went to Segara Villas early in the morning to get out hair and makeup done. Yah know, bridesmaid stuff. After that, we took a bunch of photos with the rest of the entourage. I regret not losing weight because I looked like a whale but whatever... I'm not the one getting married. Lol Anyway, the wedding was held at St Therese then the reception was at El Kabayo. It was hella fun cause it was a pretty big family event. Seriously the first wedding that I enjoyed. Maybe because I wasn't just a guest, I was part of the program. I didn't feel bored at all. Or maybe because I am just happy how happy Tita Maan and Tito Mark are. They are the coolest couple ever. Truly meant to be~

• Monday, I didn't do much. I went to see a movie, Passengers. Chris Pratt and J Law was great. It was a nice movie and all. I wanted to go out and get drinks but mah friends are all in Manila. Boooo. Luckily, my aunts and uncles dragged me to Liberty Sports Bar. It was a fun, chill night. I just had two bottles of San Mig Light and a pinipig ice cream. Lol
• Tuesday, aunts and uncles kidnapped me. We went to SM Clark. 7th wheeling like a pro. Yup.
• Wednesday, we went to SM San Fernando. Strolled around. Despedida dinner with the fam. Said goodbyes to Tito Justin and Tito Jermaine. Bittersweet night but always fun with the fam. I hope they can come back home often.

• Thursday, Mini surprise birthday party for Kristine plus tequila night. I got so drunk but it was hella fun. Truth be told, that was the last time I drank alcohol.. as of today.

• Friday, despite the hangover, I watched La la Land and it was awesome. Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone truly deserved the awards. The movie was great. So great.
• Saturday, I went back to Manila early cause I don't know. Just felt like it lol

Overall, it was a fun vacation. Very worth it. Family always comes first.

I hope we can all do this again sometime soon this year.

I can't believe how time flies so fast.
I can still remember how shocked I was when my grandma said that Tita Louise gave birth to a baby girl. We didn't even know she was pregnant!

And now, Dee just celebrated her 7th birthday.
I can say that she grew up disciplined and someone who knows that she has to earn for something she wants.

Birthdays are a little way for the family to get together.
It's always fun when we're together. We get to update each other on our lives and stuff.

Whenever I attend weddings or watch wedding videos on YouTube, I can't help but daydream about how it is gonna be on my wedding day. It was like I set aside my "I'm never gonna get married" thoughts for a moment and just picture everything from my wedding dress to the flowers I will put on each table at the reception. It makes me tear up whenever I do that, it gives me that overwhelming feeling that, finally, everything is right. But, of course, that was all just a daydream. I am still 50/50 on the getting married thing, maybe because I don't even have a boyfriend right now. Lol

Digital people @ Emman & Charmaine's Wedding

Last Saturday, I went to Emman's wedding.
Emman was my team mate from my previous project.
It was a simple wedding with their family and friends.
I can still remember tearing up while Charmaine was walking down the aisle.
Tears of joy. It was such an intimate moment that you're just steps away from the one you will spend your lifetime with and with God as the witness.
For a moment there, all my doubts faded and my hope in love restored.
I don't know Charmaine personally but with how Emman told us their story, I know and I can tell that it is meant to be. They went through a lot and still found the way to each other. True love.

As of this moment, I am terrified of the thought of marriage.
Maybe because I grew up witnessing a failed marriage and I just don't want to go through that.
I am terrified but I am also hoping. There is that little faith in me that wishes or hopes that someone will come along and prove that I don't have anything to be scared about, that it is different with him, someone who will make all those doubts disappear.... I know, someday he'll come. Someday.

Last Saturday was Black Market's 1st anniversary.
Black Market is an underground industrial warehouse style club.
If you've been reading my past posts, I went here several times already.
Music is awesome, the crowd is amazing, UNLIMITED drinks - Draft beer, Rum Coke, Vodka Sprite -  for Php 600.
Believe me, when it says unlimited, it's unlimited. Well, for the night it is.
I went around 10 pm with Carl and Darwin. And yeah, I got drunk. As usual.
I can hardly remember anything at all. All of it was a blurred memory.
I remember bits of it but not the entire thing.
But I know that Carl and Darwin successfully cockblocked me for the whole night.
Well, not until they were busy taking pictures, I was left alone and these two guys, that I can't barely remember, were introducing themselves to me but of course, my friends, without hesitations and while the other one was still introducing himself, dragged me away.
No worries about that though. They said those weren't my type anyway. Lol
Overall, it was a fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun night spent with two of the best guys in my life.
Got so wasted but still felt so secure and got home safe.
